I’ll be honest with y’all. I bought my first Blackstone grill, a 17-inch, for our camper about 3 years ago. I used it a total of 3 times. It sat in our RV basement for over a year and then I decided to sell it.

I figured since I wasn’t using it, why carry all the extra weight in the RV?

Fast forward to 2022. My son would invite us over on Mondays when he was off and started cooking on his 38-inch griddle all the time.

Once I started to see all the fabulous easy Blackstone recipes he was making, I set out to get another one.

This time, I waited until Black Friday and the sales started rolling out.

Walmart had a 22-inch Blackstone Griddle on sale with a bag and lid and so I ordered one.

It came in and I’ve been using it almost every day.

I figured I might as well document the recipes I was making and Best Blackstone Recipes was born.
