  • Chicken Wings – I buy the already cut flats and drums so I don’t have to deal with the wing tips.
  • Frank’s hot sauce or your favorite wing sauce.
  • Butter, melted
  • Blue cheese
  • Celery
  • Olive Oil

The mix of Frank’s hot sauce and butter will depend on how spicy you like your wings. Me: I like butter wings, lol.

How to Make Perfectly-Cooked Chicken Wings on the Blackstone Griddle

Preheat the Blackstone Grill – This will ensure that the griddle is hot enough to sear the chicken and create a delicious crust on the outside. Sprinkle with cooking oil.

Dry the Chicken Wings – Before placing the chicken on the griddle, make sure to rinse and dry them as much as possible. Excess moisture can prevent a good sear and lead to splatter. Use paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to pat the wings dry.
